What’s up, Farmhouse Family? Last week I shared an ever popular grocery haul, but made some big mess ups… opps! Oh well, can’t win them all, right?

I also was tagged to do the “assumptions” video that has been going around YouTube. That was a really fun one to film, and I even had a few visitors toward the end.

Keep in mind, too, guys, that YouTube is doing a major “housecleaning” of channels and comments to make it a safer platform for kids. I respect the swift and severe action they are taking, but that does mean that things are a bit wonky right now. Most of my past videos have the comments disabled. This hopefully will be resolved quickly, and in the mean times I can opt to turn comments on in my new videos as long as they are monitored well (which I always have done).

Photo of the Week

It always surprises me how calm a photo can look even when shot during a time of #largefamily induced craziness. Keep in mind the squares you see on this platform contain no sound, backstory, sighs, screams, struggles or any other of the elements of #reallife that are inevitably happening all the time. #thisismyreallife Also, Highlights kids sent some workbooks and fun search books over for our kids and they are DIGGING them. I shared one of them yesterday in my stories if you want to check them out. The search and find book kept my littles busy for hours yesterday and is a perfect addition to family read aloud to help keep the little ones content and quiet.
If you want to order the same book that kept my littles busy for hours go here.
